XN Global® Preferred Care

The enVia Income Protection Program is designed to provide a unique combination of monthly income benefits and tax-free lump sum payments in the event you suffer a serious injury or critical illness and are unable to work - temporarily or permanently! The benefits may be purchased separately, but for total, comprehensive income protection we recommend the complete package of protection be purchased together.

The XN Global® Preferred Care Program is designed to maximize the chance of a full and fast recovery in the event of a critical illness and to remove obstacles to best practice that plague the typical Canadian Medicare process. Preferred Care Insurance provides case management, 2nd opinions and ensures prompt access to the best treatment in the top 1% of US hospitals for up to $2M USD per year.

Travel Insurance

Traditional Group Plans

Optional 24 hour, 365 days per year coverage is available for the participant only in increments of $50,000 to a maximum of $500,000. No health evidence is required. Certain occupations may not be eligible for coverage.

enVia Benefits by Choice

Life Insurance

The “Benefits by Choice” version of the Program provides a unique combination of a Health Spending Account and a Group RSP, to deliver maximum flexibility and cost control. Employees allocate the employer’s contribution either to the enVia Health Spending Account (eHSA) or to a Group RRSP, or a combination of both, based on their personal needs and availability of other coverage.
